
Lahore (Umar Hayat CH)Jamaat-e-Islami Lahore conducted a comprehensive workshop for financial secretaries at the Syed Maududi Islamic Center. The workshop aimed to provide training to financial secretaries from across the city and to further streamline and enhance the transparency of the party’s financial system.The workshop was attended by Acting Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami Lahore, Azhar Bilal, who led the training session and appreciated the dedication and services of the financial secretaries. He also highlighted the significance of an organized financial campaign for the fiscal year 2026.The session was chaired by Nazim-e-Maliyat (Finance Secretary) Malik Shahid Aslam, who provided participants with a detailed briefing on planning, goals, and strategies for financial campaigns. A comprehensive review of the financial system and campaigns of 2025 was also conducted, during which participants shared their experiences and suggestions.Financial secretaries from all districts and union councils of Lahore participated, ensuring broad representation and engagement. The workshop emphasized organized financial management, transparency, and accountability to strengthen the financial activities of Jamaat-e-Islami Lahore.At the conclusion of the workshop, the Acting Amir and Finance Secretary addressed participants’ questions and encouraged them to play an active role in planning for the fiscal year 2026. This workshop reflects Jamaat-e-Islami Lahore’s commitment to a robust and transparent financial system.
