LAHORE (Umar Hayat CH) The Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Lahore Zia-ud-Din Ansari Advocate has stated that uprooting the corrupt system is the only viable path toward genuine change, progress, and prosperity in Pakistan. He remarked that shifting faces over the past 78 years has brought no real reform, nor does it offer any hope for the future. He urged the nation to stand alongside the Emir of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman, to fundamentally transform the country’s destiny. He expressed these views while addressing the “Eid Milan and Membership Convention” held in constituency PP-169. The convention was also addressed by JI South Lahore Emir Abdul Rasheed Mirza, JI leader Ahmad Salman Baloch, Emir PP-169 Fayyaz Ahmed Faizi, Ishtiaq Gujjar, Hafiz Abdul Latif, UC presidents, Awami Committee chairmen, and JI Youth leaders. A large number of local residents attended the event.Zia-ud-Din Ansari severely criticized the incumbent government, stating that the ruling elite has snatched the very right to live from the common man. He noted that the dual monsters of inflation and unemployment have besieged the public, while the recently announced budget offers absolutely no relief, forcing ordinary citizens to weep tears of blood.”The stoves in the kitchens of the poor are dying out due to poverty, yet there is no reduction in the lavish protocols and luxuries of the rulers who remain disconnected from Islamic values,” Ansari remarked. The JI Lahore Chief emphasized that the sole objective of Jamaat-e-Islami’s “Badal Do Nizam” movement is to rid Pakistan of this corrupt and dishonest ruling cartel. He labeled the current rulers as “mental slaves of the colonial era” who are hell-bent on enforcing an exploitative system inherited from their former masters.Concluding his speech, Ansari reiterated that Jamaat-e-Islami is actively struggling for the implementation of a just system based on the Quran and Sunnah. He stressed that a divine, equitable system is the only way to ensure that the common man gains seamless access to justice, quality education, healthcare, and honorable employment opportunities.
